During your check-in, you and your other guests will be provided with a GOLD BRACELET Level service which is the third Highest Level VIP service giving access to all beaches and all cafes and bars apart from those shown designated for Shareholders or Chairman’s Club members only.

We will provide FREE SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES from Puerto Plata International Airport to your residence on your arrival date and also the same service back to Puerto Plata International Airport on your departure date.

ADDITIONAL FEES: There is a DAILY RESORT FEE of USD 16 for ALL PERSONS 12 years and over and USD 8 for children between 3 and 12 years. This additional fee can be paid during your check-in or check-out at the reception desk.

ADVICE: It is advisable to still always send in an official availability request before requesting a reservation because once availability is confirmed, your reservation will always succeed.

Reservation Policies

ANY ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION OF A CONFIRMED RESERVATION MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING.

You are limited to (1) one complementary alteration per reservation, after this if any further changes are required a penalty of USD$75.00 will apply, or you will be advised to cancel and rebook your reservation. All alterations must be for the same calendar year and are subject to availability. Failure to complete the correct R&D form will result in the difference paid being credited to you in the form of an accreditation. Refunds will not be permitted. Any cancellation for Home Resort Puerto Plata and Presidential Suites Cabarete received up to (35) thirty-five days prior to arrival and will receive a full-service fee accreditation valid for 2 years, less than 35 days notice or no show, will result in the service fee being forfeited in its entirety.

This is a nonrefundable reservation. Early departure will result in forfeiting the service fee entirely. The total amount of the all-inclusive confirmed at the time of booking is required to be paid on arrival. Should you arrive with less people than the original booking states, you will still be required to pay the original all-inclusive amount or you will be refused check-in. Should you need to decrease the number of people in your group, you may do so prior to the arrival date of the reservation.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY:

Cancellation: Reservations may be canceled free of charge until 11:59 PM (local hotel time) at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled arrival. Cancellations made after this time will incur a penalty of 100% of the total booking cost.
