What is the name of the resort?

What Deposit is Required and is there a Payment Schedule?

Our goal is to keep this trip budget-friendly by offering flexible room options and multiple payment methods. A non-refundable $250 deposit per person is required to secure your booking, with the exact timing depending on your registration date. To lock in your rate and confirm your reservation, each guest MUST submit their initial deposit within two weeks of completing the registration form. NO DEPOSIT, NO ROOM. 

Payment plans are available for up to four months after your initial deposit. If needed, you may request an extended payment schedule at the time of your deposit. For added flexibility, Elysian guests can use PayPal’s “Bill Me Later” option, which offers a 6-month payment plan—available directly through our website. Guests using PayPal can customize their own payment schedule within that 6-month window.

When is my room Confirmed?
We will begin a formal booking and secure a guest’s reservation only after all named registered guests have made their initial deposit, all dates of travel are clear, as well as contact numbers and e-mail addresses are available for all guests. Once these requirements are met, you will receive a confirmation via email within 2–3 business days.
What travel documents are required?
A valid passport is required for travel to and from the Dominican Republic, Bahamas, Mexico and Dubai. Click here to learn more.
What is the cancellation policy
  • Confirmed reservations may be canceled free of charge up to 35 days prior to arrival, with a full service fee accreditation provided.
  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email. Contact info@elysiantravelsus.com
  • Cancellations made with less than 35 days prior to arrival or in the event of a no-show will result in the forfeiture of the service fee and will be subject to the payment of 3 nights’ all-inclusive fees per accommodation.
  • Refunds are not possible nor can they be processed in the event of a cancellation.
Is my room type guaranteed?
The same as many Resorts, the Host Resort communicates in the confirmation letter that they reserve the right to change any confirmed room depending on their internal needs. If a guest does not get the room that they booked and paid for we will guarantee you the same value. If the Resort changes a room type, we will reimburse the difference in price between the room you receive and the room your booked and paid for.
Can I plan something outside the resort?

Yes, feel free to book your own itinerary beyond the resort if you’d like!

Can I reserve a space for a group retreat or workshop?
